This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments made for services offered by SocioFame through https://www.sociofame.in.

SocioFame provides influencer marketing services, campaign management, and collaboration facilitation between brands and creators. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments made for confirmed campaigns, strategy development, influencer onboarding, or consultation services are generally non-refundable.

Once a campaign is approved and initiated, including influencer outreach, content planning, or promotional execution, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. Marketing services involve time, planning, and resource allocation, which cannot be reversed once work has started.

If a brand cancels a campaign before execution has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, and processing fees. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of SocioFame.

For influencers, registration or onboarding fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once profile verification or campaign matching has begun.

In case of payment errors such as duplicate transactions, users must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. After verification, eligible refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

SocioFame is not responsible for refund delays caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or third-party financial providers.
