Influencer Guidelines – SocioFame

Effective Date:21/February/2026

At SocioFame, we aim to build a trusted and performance-driven influencer marketing ecosystem. These Influencer Guidelines outline the expectations and responsibilities for creators who collaborate with brands through our platform.

By joining or participating in campaigns facilitated by SocioFame, influencers agree to follow the standards described below.

Authentic Audience Requirement

Influencers must maintain genuine and organic audience growth. Accounts using fake followers, bots, artificial engagement, or misleading metrics are strictly prohibited. SocioFame reserves the right to review and verify account authenticity at any time.

Content Quality and Professionalism

Influencers are expected to create high-quality, original content that aligns with the brand’s brief and campaign objectives. Content must be clear, professional, and consistent with the creator’s niche and audience expectations.

All promotional posts should maintain authenticity and reflect honest opinions where applicable.

Compliance with Platform Policies

Influencers must comply with the terms and community guidelines of the social media platforms they use, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, or other relevant networks. Any violation of platform rules that affects a campaign may result in removal from the campaign or platform.

Disclosure and Transparency

All sponsored content must clearly disclose brand partnerships in accordance with advertising and consumer protection regulations. Influencers are responsible for adding proper disclosures such as “Paid Partnership,” “Ad,” or other legally required tags.

Timely Delivery

Influencers must deliver campaign content within the agreed timeline. Delays without valid communication may impact future collaboration opportunities.

Communication and Professional Conduct

Professional communication with brands and the SocioFame team is mandatory. Misrepresentation, unprofessional behavior, or failure to honor commitments may result in termination of collaboration.

Performance and Reporting

Influencers may be required to share campaign performance insights, including reach, engagement, impressions, or analytics screenshots after content goes live. Transparency ensures measurable campaign success.

Termination of Collaboration

SocioFame reserves the right to remove influencers from campaigns or restrict platform access if guidelines are violated, including fraudulent activity, content misuse, or breach of agreement.

SocioFame is committed to creating long-term, fair, and performance-based partnerships between brands and creators. By maintaining high standards of authenticity, professionalism, and transparency, we ensure sustainable growth for everyone involved.
